School Climate

The school offers a safe and stimulating environment in which the children can learn from a various experiences.
They are taught the basic skills of reading, writing and arithmetic. Particular emphasis is laid on their
conversational abilities. The children are also encouraged to participate in various educational and
co-curricular activities. Caring teachers cater to individual needs and monitor stages of development.
Possible links with home are fostered with plenty of opportunities for learning 8 cognitive growth. Young
children are active learners and therefore operate effectively through first-hand experience. They are
encouraged to question, explore and test out what they know and can do. They are also encouraged to develop
their ideas, understanding and language as they begin to assimilate the knowledge, concepts and skills within
according to the purpose of the tasks and the need of the child. The teaching staff guide, encourage and
challenge all within a caring and supportive environment that prepare children to be independent learners.
